Depending on the configured workflow, VoxaDesk may process phone numbers, caller names, order details, appointment details, lead notes, support case details, OTP status, SMS or WhatsApp delivery status, and call outcomes.
When a customer connects systems such as CRM, calendar, helpdesk, spreadsheet, messaging, or order-management tools, VoxaDesk uses approved access only for the configured workflow and requested business action.
