Last updated: July 3, 2026

Use of the service

VoxaDesk helps businesses answer calls, capture structured information, trigger workflows, send notifications, and update approved business systems. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for approving call scripts, menu or workflow data, escalation rules, integration access, required disclosures, and compliance obligations that apply to their industry and region.

AI-generated output

AI voice agents may summarize calls, classify intent, draft records, and choose workflow actions. Customers should review important workflows and define human handoff rules for sensitive or high-impact situations.

Acceptable use

You may not use VoxaDesk for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful recording, deceptive impersonation, credential theft, prohibited content, or any activity that disrupts the service or harms others.

Integrations and access

Customers authorize VoxaDesk to access connected systems only as needed for configured workflows. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid accounts, permissions, API access, and third-party service terms.

Availability

We work to keep VoxaDesk reliable, but telephony, messaging, AI, internet, and third-party integrations may experience delays or outages. Customers should maintain fallback processes for critical operations.

Fees and commercial terms

Commercial terms, billing cycles, included usage, implementation scope, support levels, and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable order form, proposal, or written agreement.

Intellectual property

Centrik owns VoxaDesk software, designs, demos, documentation, and platform materials. Customers retain ownership of their business data, brand assets, menus, workflows, and connected-system records.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business, technical, credential, customer, and operational information shared during implementation or service use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website, demo, or service use.

Changes

We may update these terms as VoxaDesk evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means the updated terms apply.
